09 Summer fun! : This is why I had to build a home in the same neighborhood as my townhouse. I just love my friends and I know that my kids love their friends just as much. We started swimming around 9:30 this morning and did not come home until around 2:00. So much fun!

Petting Farm with Paige and Kameron : Once again we went to the petting farm but this time took some friends along. Myka was so into feeding the animals. She was not afraid of anyof them. This time I did not take the stroller with me so I just let her run around. She was excited and ran to one animal after another.

Duck Park : Today we went to a park to feed the ducks. Myka thought it was so fun. She would laugh and get all excited and than fall on her butt because she got overly excited. Cohen gave her a couple of bread crumbs and helped her feed the ducks. He was fun watching them work together. Cohen liked climbing on the rocks and he would say "I'm Nephi and I have the power of God" with his held held out like Nephi did. Boy the kids is so funny.

Kara and Aubrey's trip to Utah : This last week I was able to have Kara and Aubrey come and visit. We had 4 adults and 6 children staying in our home. Boy was every hour full of fun an excitment. I think Jeremy was all girled out so he left and went backpacking with his brother Friday night. As you can tell the kids loved seeing eachother. 2010 will in Ohio at Aubreys house.

Sara Pool : Amanda Jenn and our little monsters all went swimming at the fun pool down in Orem. The kids all had a blast and did not want to leave after about 2 and 1/2 hours of swimming and no naps. Thanks Amanda for telling me about this place. Lets go again!

Shooting with the Whitelocks : Tonight we went over to Andy and Audrey's house for Andy's home made corn dogs. Yummy! I love corndogs. Reminds me of my hometown fair. Thanks for dinner. After we got sitter's for our kids and headed for the mountians for a night of shooting. Don't ask me all the names of the guns that we had, but we did have a fine selection. We all had a blast hitting ballons, cans and targets. Thanks guys for a fun time.

Discovery Park with friends : This afternoon we went to the park and played with some friends. This park is so BIG that the other boys played for 2 hours without getting bord and wanting to go home. Cohen cried the whole way home wanting his friends. I did not get to many pictures of Cohen because he was everywhere but I got alot of myka and her little friends. Drew was due on Myka's due date (he came on time and myka 5 days older) Lola was due 2 day before but was born 2 days after myka. It's fun to see this little ones grow up so fast. I Lola is walking now so I am sure by the next set of pictures they all will be.

Hanging out at Emily's house : Emily and Audrey orginized a girls lunchin with a couple of girls in the neighborhood. We had a blast talking and the kids had a good time making a mess out of Emily's house. Winter is so hard on the kids because they cannot get out and play as often. I feel bad for them. Anyways, during the lunch Mel went up to check on the kids and Jaden and Cohen had James (might I add is a year older them them both) on the changing table trying to put a diaper on him. All three boys are potty trained which made it even more funny. I wonder what the converstion was between those boys? We will never know. thanks Mel for the pictures off your blog.

Hunted House with the girls : Last week we put dinner on the table, put the kids down and had a girl’s night out on the town. We went to a hunted house and had a blast. I think that I was the only one that actually cried because I was so scared. It was pretty funny, 6 good Mormon mom's (one was even 9 months Prego) almost was escorted out of the building because we were taking pictures and we should not have been. We all got a laugh out of that. I am hoping for more pictures to come.

Kristie, Kim and Andrea's visit to Utah : Kim got all of us girls together for a girls weekend. It has been over 2 years since we all have been able to be with one other. We had such a fun time together and with our families. It's crazy to think just a few years back we were all single and now we are mostly all married and a couple of us have kids. We were able to get up to the Mountian for a pinic and to play in the water. We also went to SLC for the "day's of 47". Thanks for coming girls!

AF Canyon near Cascade Springs : Mindy, Gabby (Mindy's sis) Mia and Vivie (John was working late) came and spent the day with us while we were camping. We found the best spot for camping. There is a little creek, shallow enough that Cohen can play in it, that runs through the camping site as well as a little bridge that Cohen can throw rocks off of into the creek. We even saw some dear. We had tons of fun with the Widdowsons.

Our Play Group's Easter Party : Sarah had everyone over to her house for an Easter Decorating party. All the older kids helped the littler ones. Cohen had more fun trying to get his little figures into the dye then he had putting the egg into it. After about 10 minutes the only one's sitting at the table dying eggs were Ali and the adults.

Ice Caves with the Robinson's : It is Jeremy and my tradition to go snowshoeing on New Years day, but this year since it fell on Sunday we went on Monday. We brought along Kay and Adam. We had a blast. We went to the Ice Caves a couple of weeks ago and there was tons of snow (pictures are on Pexton's outdoor adventures) but we have had tons of rain and this time the snow as almost gone. As you can see the snowshoes were left in the car.
